About Us

Tonya started working as a personal chef over 5 years ago for families in Buckhead, Brookhaven, Sandy Springs, Chamblee, and Decatur, Georgia. She quickly became someone many people relied on each week.  As her popularity has grown she has joined forces with her husband, Lou, who has prepared meals for the members of Capital City Country Club for more than 20 years. They have expanded to a professional prep kitchen at Prep Atlanta where together they are making some of her most popular dishes available for pick up and delivery on the weekends. Tonya is also an insured licensed caterer, as well as licensed in food sales and Serve Safe Management Certified. Most importantly she enjoys preparing healthy meals with the freshest local ingredients. Tonya and Lou offer one of Atlanta's best meal prep delivery services to Metro Atlanta and surronding areas.
